Downtown Manhattan

5/5 - (1 vote)

As a nod to the lively and industrial character of Tribeca in Lower Manhattan, this 1,800 square foot, two-bedroom apartment was designed with a modern and airy feel. Situated on the 21st floor of a building nicknamed Jenga — recalling the wooden block stacking game — the client wished to preserve the minimalist aesthetic of the space while introducing moments of color and art. As a home that came to life during challenging times, the Downtown project combines stunning views with warm, inviting interiors. A careful consideration of light emphasizes how to move through the space and highlights a range of textures throughout.
